Luxury Rattan: Delivery Options
Ordered some furniture from us? Luxury Rattan offers several delivery options to ensure your order arrives as and when you need it. We take a look at what’s available to you, below…
Standard Delivery
When you opt for our standard delivery service, your furniture will reach you in up to 10 working days from the date of you order – unless any of the items you’ve added to your basket state ‘pre-order’ in their individual product description.
Please be aware that for items available for ‘pre-order’, the dates given are estimates only and they can be subject to change in line with our supplier’s shipping schedule.
Most of our furniture sets are delivered via our own, expert two-man delivery team (except in the unlikely event that two-man delivery is not available).
When a two-man delivery cannot be fulfilled, we may send your order by pallet delivery. We will contact you directly either way, informing you (prior to delivery) of the date you can expect to receive your order.
Do I need to sign for my furniture?
Yes, you must be available to accept your order – and a signature is required upon delivery. You must also provide a telephone number for delivery (a mobile phone number is preferred), in case we need to contact you. If a number isn’t provided, delivery of your goods may be delayed; we are unable to dispatch your items without your contact details.
Once your delivery date has been arranged, please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional charges incurred, should you later wish to change the delivery date.
Please note, delivery is dependent on driver performance, which can be affected by adverse weather, traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
When do Luxury Rattan furniture deliveries take place?
Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Sometimes, items will be delivered outside of these hours, particularly during busy periods.
Express or Saturday delivery is usually available at an additional charge. If you would like to enquire about these delivery options, please email our friendly team at hello@luxuryrattan.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If I order something smaller than a furniture set, when will delivery take place?
If you’ve ordered a smaller item from us – an accessory as opposed to a large, furniture set, perhaps – delivery usually takes between one and three working days.
Items ordered before 11am will usually be dispatched the same working day. Items ordered after 11am, meanwhile, will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, although items may sometimes be delivered outside of these hours, particularly during busy periods.
Can you tell me more about Premium Plus Delivery?
Of course! Premium Plus is our delivery and packaging removal service, which is designed to make your life even easier on the day you receive your furniture.
For £99, our friendly and professional delivery team will take care of all the lifting, unpacking, assembly, installation and packaging removal so you don't have to. The option is available to add on when you checkout, via our website or through our telephone ordering system.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other remote areas?
Absolutely, but additional charges will apply for deliveries to the following destinations:
- Northern Ireland
- The Scottish Highlands and other remote areas of Scotland
- The Isle of Man
- The Channel Islands
- The Isle of Wight
- The Isles of Scilly.
